Tree care renewal review

Two ways to use this page. If your renewal is months away, leave your renewal month and we'll contact you at the right time — 75 days out, when you can actually act on it. If your renewal is now, the full intake below gets us everything needed to approach markets on your behalf.

Non-renewed or post-claim? That's our specialty — it won't shock us. A difficult loss year or a non-renewal notice doesn't make your company uninsurable; it makes the submission matter more.

Option 1: Tell us your renewal month

We'll send you exactly what's changed with the TCIA–ArborMAX situation 75 days before your renewal — one email built from our verified changelog, so you walk into renewal informed. No newsletter, no spam.

We use this only to send your pre-renewal update.

Got it. We'll email you a verified summary of what's changed about 75 days before your renewal. If anything major breaks before then, it lands on the tracking page first.

Option 2: Full intake — renewal is now

This takes about five minutes. The more complete this is, the stronger your submission reads to underwriters. Estimates and bands are fine.

Operations split (rough % of revenue)

Have loss runs? Email them to mathis@setinsure.com after submitting — they're the single most useful document for a hard-to-place submission.

Submitted. We'll review and reply by email — usually within one business day. If you have loss runs, send them to mathis@setinsure.com now; it speeds everything up.
